The intake filter sits where your home oxygen concentrator draws in room air. Every litre of oxygen your machine produces starts as room air pulled through this filter – dust, pet hair and airborne particles are trapped here before they can reach the compressor and sieve beds inside. Over time the filter loads up with dust. A clogged filter restricts airflow, makes the machine run hotter and louder, and accelerates wear on the components that actually cost money to replace. Inspect the filter regularly – more often in dusty environments – and replace it when it is visibly dirty beyond cleaning, discoloured, misshapen or damaged, or as directed in your machine’s user manual. Compatible with: OxyPure and DeVilbiss home oxygen concentrators supplied by Limitless Health – confirm your model with us before ordering. Not compatible with: OxyFlow concentrators (see the OxyFlow M50 intake filter).
