Returns & Refunds Policy – Limitless Health
Limitless Health CC (registration 2009/224701/23) wants you to order with confidence. This policy explains how returns, refunds and repairs work for products bought from limitlesshealth.co.za, in line with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA) and the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa.
1. 8-Day Return Window (Online Orders)
You may return a product within 8 days of delivery, without giving a reason. To qualify, the product must be unused, in its original sealed packaging and in resalable condition. Return shipping is free – contact us and we will arrange courier collection. Your original payment will be refunded in full once the product has been received and inspected. This meets and exceeds the 7-day cooling-off right in Section 44 of the ECTA.
2. Hygiene Exclusions
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once their packaging has been opened, unless they are defective: nasal cannulas, oxygen masks, oxygen tubing, humidifier bottles and connector tubes, filters, and any other single-patient consumables. This protects every customer who buys these products from us.
3. Defective Products (6-Month Warranty)
Under Section 56 of the CPA, if a product is defective or fails within 6 months of delivery, you may return it for a repair, replacement or refund at no charge. We will arrange and cover the courier collection for confirmed defects. Products found on inspection to be damaged by misuse, neglect or unauthorised modification are not covered.
4. Manufacturer Warranties
Many of our products, including Inogen accessories and oxygen concentrators, carry manufacturer or supplier warranties beyond the first 6 months. Warranty periods are shown on each product page. Warranty claims after the first 6 months are handled through the applicable manufacturer or supplier warranty process, and we will assist you with the claim.
5. Rental Equipment
Rental machines are covered by the rental agreement, which includes maintenance and repairs for the duration of the rental. If a rental machine develops a fault, contact us and we will repair or replace it. This Returns Policy applies to purchased products.
6. How to Return a Product
Email queries@limitlesshealth.co.za or call 011 028 1122 with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm the details and arrange courier collection. Please pack the product securely in its original packaging.
7. Refunds
Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 10 business days of the returned product passing inspection. If you chose a replacement instead, it will be dispatched as soon as the returned product has been received.
