Medical Aid Claims: Please carefully review the following terms and conditions regarding medical aid claims requests:
Claim Submission: Upon receiving your medical aid claim request, we will promptly submit a claim to your medical aid for the selected product/s. Please note that this is not a benefit check but rather the initiation of the claim process on your behalf.
Purchase Agreement: Once your medical aid approves your claim, you agree to exclusively purchase the selected product/s from Redmark. By receiving approval from your medical aid, you acknowledge and accept that Redmark is your chosen provider for the specified product/s.
Timely Order Completion: It is essential to complete your order within 3 working days from the date your medical aid claim is paid out and funds received. Failure to do so will result in a reversal request from Redmark to your medical aid.
A shipping charge of R250 will apply for all successful claims.
An admin fee of R150 will apply for all successful claims
